There are so many exciting events this summer in the Dramatic Heart of Wales. From belly-aching comedy nights to sing-your-heart-out concerts, there is something for everyone! Here are 12 of our top picks this June and July.

16th June: Go Your Own Way

CBeebies star and children’s musician Nick Cope is performing at the Pontardawe Arts Centre! A perfect event for families this summer.

24th June: An Evening with Warren Gatland

Four Six Nations titles, three Grand Slams, and two World Cup semi-finals are just some of Gatland’s accolades. Join one of the most successful rugby coaches at The Gwyn Hall.


24th June: Meet the World Wildlife Federation

Calling all animal lovers! Meet the WWF at Margam Country Park to learn more about their important work in solving environmental challenges worldwide.


25th June: Valleys Enduro Series at Afan Forest Park

Western Bike Events is hosting its VES race at Afan Bike Park for riders of all abilities. Come and show your support or compete in the thrilling race.

An evening at Pontardawe Art Centre to take you back in time to when Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons dominated the airways.


1st July: Harry ReStyles

Kofi Taylor is bringing some ‘Watermelon Sugar’ to the Princess Royal Theatre this summer for an entertaining evening of Harry Styles hits.


7th and 8th July: NRT Fest 2023

Come to Cwrt Herbert Playing Fields, Neath, for a family friendly festival full of nostalgia and local talent. Headlined with Toploader, Dodgy and Tinchy Stryder.

A cultural showcase brought to you by Filipinos in Wales. Two days of food, music and dance for an enjoyable experience at Margam Country Park.


13th July: Do you Believe in Ghosts? Princess Royal Theatre
