Cilpentan Bach

Cilpentan Bach is a self-contained cottage, upside down arrangement to make the best of the lovely view along the valley. Two bedrooms and a wet-room downstairs and a large open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and french doors onto Juliet balcony upstairs.

Adjoining a working Hill Farm (sheep/cattle) their smallholding stretches away from the yard with paddock, large field, three farm ponds, wooded track along the stream to the Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) meadow. You can see; Red Kites, bats, woodpeckers, herons, the occasional otter, hare or badger plus sorrel, bluebells, yellow-rattle, anemones, orchids, various fungi and more.

The fields are grazed by their Arab mare, Highland pony and goats, with kids in season. There’s an EV charger (Tesla only) and a community accessible charger half a mile away.
