Llareggub is set over 3 floors with a toilet and/or bathroom on each floor. Two double rooms and 2 twin rooms comfortably sleep 8 adults.

The large, fully equipped kitchen/diner has ample seating for everyone. With induction hob, oven, microwave and air fryer.

The lounge has comfy seating and a large Smart TV, plus board games.

The bathrooms include 3 toilets, 2 showers and 1 bath.

The 2 decking areas have enough tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining and watching the sun set.

Outdoor tap with hose and power washer are available to wash off after a muddy dog-walk or bike-ride.

There are stunning views across the Afan Valley, with easy access directly into Afan Forest Park at Rhyslyn. This is a great area for hiking, dog-walking, cycling, and mountain biking in Afan Bike Park. Bikes can be stored behind the house on the decking, or in the kitchen.
