Afan A Blast

Afan A Blast sits at the top end of Afan Forest Park, surrounded by some of the most exciting mountain‑bike trails in Wales. It’s a friendly, easy going spot where visitors can hire bikes, pick up kit, sort repairs, or roll straight onto the trails the moment they arrive. There’s a café upstairs for a quick refuel, bike‑wash facilities for muddy days, and camping on site, making it an ideal base for exploring the valley.

Their campsite is tucked deep within the Afan Valley next to the Glyncorrwg Mountain Bike Centre. If you’re a mountain biker, it’s the perfect place to wake with the sunrise, grab breakfast at the Corrwg Cwtch Café and be on the first trail before the day has even begun. If you prefer a gentler pace, the campsite has a calm, relaxed feel and sits among a network of peaceful, meandering walks.
